Admission Policy

Admission Policy

  • All admissions are offered after 20th February of an academic session.
  • Admission is subject to passing the admission test and the interview and the availability of space in the class.
  • The class for which a child is tested is determined according to the child's age.
  • A formal interview with both the parents is taken. The child must also be present at the time of interview.

Documents Required for Admission

  • Admission Form (available from school office or download section)
  • NIC photocopy of the parents
  • NADRA B-Form or Birth Certificate copy
  • 4 passport-size pictures of the child

Attendance & Leave Rules

Attendance and Leave Rules

  • 75% of attendance is compulsory. Students having less than 75% of attendance are not allowed to appear in annual examination.
  • Absence for 3 to 5 days on medical grounds must be accompanied by a medical certificate and should be sanctioned by the Coordinator. For any other absence of more than 5 days, the written sanction of the Principal is required.
  • Students will not be sent with drivers/friends/relatives without the written request of the Parent.
  • Students who have been absent for more than a month without permission are liable to have their names struck off the rolls and have to seek readmission.
